Surrender. That's not an easy word to hear. No one really likes the idea of giving up their rights and letting someone call the shots for their lives. But that's what God asks us to do – to deny ourselves and to follow Jesus. To his credit, Jesus lived his own life in surrender. There's something better and right in living a life of surrender.
